What the warranty does not cover: The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or damage caused by accidents, improper use or maintenance, changes or modifications to the e-bike/e-scooter, or the use of non-approved replacement parts. The warranty also does not cover damage caused by rough use or extreme weather conditions.
